- Our reassessments are showing that on average our students are gaining one year especially in Reading every 15 weeks' tuition!
- Free assessment for all new students with reassessment after 15 weeks
- We support children to discover and explore their own strengths. And let them progress at their own pace so they’re not frustrated

Tutors at Kip McGrath Henderson
We have 10 experienced tutors, all qualified Teachers, working to
foster each child’s self-esteem and confidence to develop vital learning
skills and confidence - and happy to give feedback on your child's progress.
All of our tutors at Kip McGrath Henderson know the importance of building up a child’s love of learning.
At Kip McGrath Education Centre Henderson our Head Tutor and Manager is Jo Wright, who has worked as a primary school teacher in the Henderson area, and is well trained in teaching Literacy and Numeracy.
Director Barry Spence’s experience includes Head of Languages at Kelston Boys High School in West Auckland, and IT computer studies and professional development at Diocesan School for Girls.
Throughout both their careers their purpose has been to help families learn about and make the best educational choices for their children.

Our programmes are created by education specialists.
Every 80 minute session includes reading, writing and working on the computer to give plenty of variety and is loads of fun!
Recent feedback from parents
Hayley attended a holiday programme prior to her exams last October for English - 4 day course-to help with her essay writing. She is thrilled that she passed her Level 2 English and found the help that she got from Kip McGrath helped her achieved her pass. Many thanks for a doing a great job!
Sarah has passed with a Merit in her English (YR 12) - she changed to a book/film Jo had suggested and would not have received the Merit without Jo suggesting the change. She also got an achieved on Unfamiliar Text that Jo was helping her with. We just wanted Jo to know that she really made the difference.
We have used up a total of 13 sessions with the fabulous Jo so far and would like to place the remaining 7 sessions on hold until needed. We do plan on using them up by the end of 2011.
Josh has been really happy with the progress in Maths even though he has only been twice – Thank you! See you next term!
