Glenfield Centre Details
About Us
Director: Glen Plaistowe M.B.S., M.B.A., Hgh. Dip. Tchg.
The Kip McGrath Glenfield was established in 1999 and based in Link Drive. The centre moved in 2006 to its present site at 1 View Road.

The tutors are all qualified teachers. Each tutor is a specialist: pre-school, primary, intermediate, ESOL or secondary. They take pride in supporting and developing each child to reach their potential.
The Director, Glen Plaistowe has taught at primary, secondary and tertiary level and has a passion for education and learning.
Philosophy: every child has the right to be the best they can be and to feel confident, happy and secure.
What We Do
The teaching and learning system is based on an initial free assessment. A tailored programme of learning is developed for each child that addresses the identified “gaps” in knowledge and skill and, over time, systematically steps the child up to their required level. Progress is carefully monitored to ensure continuous development.
