About Us

The Botany Kip McGrath centre is proudly owned and operated by Krish and Chandini Manik

They both have over 27 years experience in primary and secondary education, specialising in English and Maths.

Their many years of teaching experience assists them in recognising each child’s individual learning needs. Since taking over a fledgling centre in 2007, they have assisted many students achieve success in their study. As parents of two teenage boys, they understand and can empathise with the predicament parents find themselves in when it comes to the education of their children.

Our Educational Team

The Botany Kip McGrath Education Centre has a fantastic team of qualified tutors who go the extra mile to create a warm, friendly and caring environment in which children are comfortable. Children are not only encouraged to learn but they actually enjoy the process of learning. Our carefully hand-picked tutors are given appropriate guidance to encourage children to develop good work ethics – from those needing extra tutoring to students wanting to push themselves a little harder with our Extension Programs.

Our Teaching Philosophy

We know that not every child thrives at school. Some experience difficulty in keeping up with the work and their peers. Subsequently they lack confidence and self-esteem. We treat children with respect and our accelerated learning programme helps these children overcome their learning difficulties. The Botany Kip McGrath Education Centre provides a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes self-esteem, boosts every child’s confidence, and helps them achieve their personal best. The team’s goal is to make learning fun!
