About Us
Kip McGrath Education Centre, Apia is located at Moto'otua, on the Cross-Island Road, just a few minutes from the centre of Apia. Our bright and welcoming premises are air-conditioned to provide a comfortable learning environment, despite the tropical heat outside.
The Apia centre had been successfully providing after-school tuition, in Mathematics and English, to hundreds of students since 2001. Our reputation has grown as a friendly and supportive environment, in which students are motivated to learn and succeed, at either Remedial or Extension levels of attainment.
The Centre Director is Julie Perelini, who has over 25 years experience as an Educator, at the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels. Julie's wide experience of teaching in New Zealand, Scotland and Samoa, enables her to identify each student's specific learning needs and plan a suitable programme to meet those needs in the best way possible.
Our Educational team
We have a team of excellent, bi-lingual tutors. They are well-qualified, experienced teachers who are able to provide a caring and positive learning environment for each student they work with. We endeavour to provide a learning environment that fosters self-confidence, boosts our students' self-esteem, and helps them to achive their personal best.

What We Do
We specialise in teaching the basics - Mathematics and English, which includes Reading, Comprehension, Spelling and Writing.
Tuition is offered to students from Year Two to Year Twelve.
